How will I know my order is successful?
You will receive a confirmation from PayFast about successful payment. You will also receive a confirmation email from us with an order number to confirm that the order has successfully come through to us. Please note that this confirmation email is very important as we will need the order number to use as reference for any enquiries you may have.
How to make payment?
Payment gateway is secured with PayFast so you can pay by Credit Card. However, if you like to pay via EFT, please make payment and then send us the proof of payment via email hi@wonderbunch.co.za. If you have any questions or concerns. Please email or phone us via our contact page on the website and we will respond as soon as possible.
How to care for my flowers?
1. Ensure the vase or water container is clean and preferably use a glass or plastic water container as this is less likely to hold bacteria than ceramic containers 2. Apply plant food and if necessary replace water every two days 3. When replacing water add half a teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of bleach 4. Trim 2cm off the stems at a 45 degree angle and remove all leaves that will be submerged in water Place into water within one hour of receiving them. Flowers are sensitive to heat and do not like direct sunlight. Keep in a cool place.
How big are the bunches?
It's hard to put a size to it as it depends on the type of flowers we use. They are big at heart though. We do try to use the same number of stalks in every bunch but it will depend on the type of flowers used in season and availability.
Can I choose my own flowers?
We specially create one bunch of flowers every day. However, if you have specific requirements please contact us in advance and we will do our best to assist you.
The flowers I have received are different from the past bunches on your website?
Wonder Bunches are not made by machines but by wonderful people. The Wonder Bunches take on a slightly different shape, size, shade & bloom, depending on availability and season. They may appear a little different from one bunch to the next but with a touch of magic and flower fairy help we generally create a similar look to what you are accustomed to. Remember, it is supposed to be a surprise “Wonder” Bunch.
You've just received flowers. Can I find out who they are from?
Oh, the mysterious admirer... we allow our senders to remain anonymous if they wish to. However, if you really must know and it's affecting your sleep & overall wellness, drop us an email with the order number to hi@wonerbunch.co.za and we will check again with the sender if they want us to pull off the mask.
What happens if my bunch is an undelivered bunch?
An undelivered bunch of flowers is when we are unable to locate the person receiving them. If we can’t contact both parties, we consider this an undelivered bunch of flowers. Due to the nature of our product (highly perishable) we are not able to offer a replacement or a refund and will not accept responsibility for failed delivery. Please remember to include the correct delivery address and provide us any specific details that will assist the delivery process. It is highly imperative that you ensure there is someone to receive the flowers on the day specified.
What if no one is home?
Please contact us as soon as possible with alternative arrangements. If this is not possible you have to please understand that there is only one attempt at delivery per order. Sadly we are unable to do replacements and refund you.
HELP! Just found out the person I'm sending flowers to is away and need to change the address for my delivery?
Drop us an email hi@wonderbunch.co.za. We will do our best to assist and re-route if the Wonder Bunch/s have not yet left for delivery. However, once the flowers are already out the door, we sadly not able to assist and no refunds will be given.
Is it possible to order a bunch of flowers for delivery in advance?
Yes, certainly. Just place an order for the daily bunch you require e.g. small, medium or large bunch. Click on the date you would like to receive them and we’ll ensure they delivered on that date. This is a great way to ensure you don’t miss a special day.
Do you deliver on public holidays and weekends?
No, we are closed on public holidays and weekend - so we are not able to deliver.
Delivery charges?
Prices include delivery in the following areas: Durban North, Umhlanga, La Lucia, Prestondale, Sommerset Park, Sunningdale, Glen Anil, Glen Ashley and Riverside. We deliver as far as the Upper Highway area, please note there will be an additional R85.00 Delivery Charge (subject to change).
When do we deliver?
We deliver Monday to Fridays before 5pm, on the date you specify.
Can I request a specific time for delivery?
We are not able to cater for time specific requests. We endeavour to deliver during office hours. Kindly ensure there is someone to receive the flowers on delivery.

First impressions are important, especially when it comes to the office and that goes for flowers at reception or any function or event that you might have. We offer corporate accounts for companies to order their Wonder Bunches of flowers and only pay monthly by statement. Conditions and monthly minimum spend requirements apply. Someone will endeavour to contact you with 48 hours to discuss your requirements or please go ahead and complete the application form. INTERESTING FACTS Interestingly there is some evidence to suggest that flowers in the work place may improve productivity. For example research suggests that flowers can have a positive impact on employee’s mood and studies have demonstrated that looking at flowers can in fact make us happier. Significantly there is also evidence to suggest that flowers can also help reduce stress at work, lower blood pressure, and reduce absenteeism, making them a pretty amazing addition to any office.

You choose how often you would like your flowers delivered and we ensure you receive your fresh Wonder Bunch/s as requested. No need to feel locked in because you can cancel at any time, as long as you give us a week’s notice. P.S Should you take a 12 month subscription you only pay for 11 months and get your 12th month free of charge.
